“Erin was an excellent supervisor. She challenged and taught me how to apply theories in practice and helped me identify the importance of self-care amidst the challenges of working with clients with complex mental health needs. Erin served as an exemplary role model for me. She provided good guidance and taught me the importance of values and therapeutic relationships. It is credit to Erin that through her social work practice that I was able reaffirm my social work practice that I hold to date. She inspired me to work towards obtaining a mental health accreditation."

------ Hellen Webster

“I have always been particularly impressed when you bring discussions back to the young person and what they want, especially when stakeholders (including myself!) are getting excited about what they think is best or most efficient. It’s really important and sadly often overlook in youth matters. Keep up the fight, you’re doing great work.”

------ Shaun Rich
