“Erin was an excellent supervisor. She challenged and taught me how to apply theories in practice and helped me identify the importance of self-care amidst the challenges of working with clients with complex mental health needs. Erin served as an exemplary role model for me. She provided good guidance and taught me the importance of values and therapeutic relationships. It is credit to Erin that through her social work practice that I was able reaffirm my social work practice that I hold to date. She inspired me to work towards obtaining a mental health accreditation."

------ Hellen Webster

“I have always been particularly impressed when you bring discussions back to the young person and what they want, especially when stakeholders (including myself!) are getting excited about what they think is best or most efficient. It’s really important and sadly often overlook in youth matters. Keep up the fight, you’re doing great work.”

------ Shaun Rich

“Erin and her team provide high quality, diligent, hands on, professional and caring service to my brother. Erin and her team also ably manage the significant amount of reporting and other paperwork that is required to secure his care and the requisite funding.”

------ Adrian Fleming

“Erin has a way of listening and offering help that made me feel at ease and understood. Erin guided me through every step that was needed to ensure my Husbands needs were met as well as my own. Erin has always been compassionate and caring towards me while keeping her professionalism and made herself available as often as possible for me if I was having a rough time of it”

------ Melody Harris

“Working respectfully with First Australians in the Northern Territory is a highly complex undertaking, which requires deep inner listening and a strong focus on relationship building. It demands radical perspective shifts in white western deficit models of practice into strengths-based, relationship models of practice and Erin has undertaken these challenges with finesse.”

------ Lauren Buckley

“Erin displayed infinite patience, perseverance and dedication while allowing the client sufficient autonomy to allow his full development. This very delicate balance is not achieved well by most people. Her gentle coaxing and outstanding mentoring skills assisted the client to reach his full potential, exceeding his own expectations of success.”
